Returns & Exchanges

We want you to completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issues with your order, please use our contact form and include your order number. We will do our best to make it right. Please keep in mind that we are a small business and doing everything that we can to produce high quality products and offer the best customer service we can.

Unworn and unwashed products can be returned WITHIN 30 DAYS of your item(s) delivery date. At this time, Red Sprite Hats does not offer refunds, ONLY STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGES.  We are a small business and doing our best.

RETURN SHIPPING COST:

You are responsible for the shipping costs to return your items to Red Sprite Hats. If the order has arrived damaged, an item is defective, or we made a mistake with your order, Red Sprite Hats will cover the cost of the return shipping. If an item arrives defective, please include a picture of the item when you contact us. We also strongly recommend that you send your return back with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any return packages lost in transit.

STORE CREDIT/EXCHANGES:

Your store credit will be processed within 3-5 business days after your return package is received at Red Sprite Hats. If the return is initiated by Red Sprite Hats because of an error or damage, your exchange order or store credit will be processed within 3-5 business days after the return package is in transit.

REFUNDS:

We do not offer cash or credit/debit card refunds. No exceptions. Only store credit or exchanges are issued.

FINAL SALE ITEMS:

Any item marked as Final Sale at time of purchase is considered just that. No store credit or exchange is given. Store credit will only be given when there is an error on our end with the shipment.
